1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and KD999 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using kd999 — whether through the website, mobile app or any other channel — you confirm that you accept these Terms unconditionally.

These Terms apply to all sections of the platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, fish games and any other products or features that may be added in future. They should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, which together form the complete agreement between you and kd999.

2Account Registration

3Age Verification

KD999 is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account or use any part of the platform.

By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. KD999 may request documentary proof of age at any point. If age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, the account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending resolution.

If it is discovered that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be closed immediately, all transactions will be voided and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source where possible. Winnings generated during the period of underage use will not be paid out.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your kd999 account at any time, subject to the conditions outlined below.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed. This includes identity verification and, where applicable, source-of-funds checks.

9Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

KD999 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts or any software that provides an unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs or errors in the platform for financial gain — any winnings derived from known bugs must be reported and will not be honoured
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person
• Any involvement in or knowledge of match-fixing in any sport or esports event
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent limits, claim multiple bonuses or evade a prior suspension

KD999 uses monitoring tools to detect unusual betting patterns and account behaviour. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, the platform may place a temporary restriction on the account pending investigation. The outcome of investigations is final at the platform's discretion.

10Privacy and Data

11Responsible Gaming

• Suspected fraudulent, collusive or abusive behaviour

• Player-requested self-exclusion

Where an account is closed due to a breach, any bonus balance will be forfeited. Real money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method after any outstanding investigations are concluded, unless the funds are found to have been derived from prohibited conduct.

13Limitation of Liability
